As a fan of the golden age of progressive music (Yes, Genesis, ELP, Crimson, Floyd, etc.) seeking newer bands, this album checks off more than a few sub-genres. The sum is greater than the parts although the parts are very good. It flows well from start to finish. progging_forgold

BBT are standard bearers for modern prog, with a sound that evokes the spirit of those legendary 70s bands whilst managing to also be thoroughly contemporary. It's astonishing that over 30 minutes of music of this quality, with such high production values, is being made available for free - and their full albums are also very reasonably priced... Though only their third studio album release, these veterans have been around for almost fifteen years--and they keep getting better with each release--which is hard to manage since their quality of compositions, performances, and production have always been top notch. A band that really should be heard! wafiii

What a gorgeous debut by this Polish quartet. Clearly, a nod to diverse 70s prog-greats (the usual suspects, nothing wrong with me!) but with a very fresh sound. The base might be melodic, colourful (sympho-)prog but folky or jazzy sprinklings are tastefully added. Carsten Pieper
